I have multiple years of experience with Netsuite as an ERP, CRM, & eCommerce software. I have acted as Netsuite Administrator for WorldFinds. I maintained Netsuite as an administrator, creating & implementing new fields & processes, and helping with tech issues as needed. I oversaw the transition from SiteBuilder to SuiteCommerce.

I have multiple years of experience managing & implementing SuiteCommerce and Shopify eCommerce shops - as well as taking care of ongoing maintenance. I managed product listings, availability, marketing, branding, visual identity, banners, etc. for these shops.
I have experience managing the onboarding of wholesale e-commerce marketplaces including Faire, Abound, Juniper, ShopZio, Brandwise, Bulletin, Tundra, and MarketTime. I maintained all of the product listings & availability on these marketplaces. I also managed marketing efforts around these marketplaces & the different ways each needs to be handled. At a previous employer, the sales from marketplaces made up 30% of revenue overall in the past four years - and made up over 50% of sales in 2022.
Integrations
I have experience with the integration & implementation of Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Shopify, Netsuite, Celigo, and Syncware.
I connected Shopify with Mailchimp & Klaviyo to exchange customer & order data and activity. I utilized this data to create custom segments to target customers individually.
I also spearheaded the integration of Netsuite, Faire, and Tundra through Syncware - as well as managed the implementation of Celigo to connect Faire & Shopify to Netsuite - to transfer data between these marketplaces and Netsuite. This saved hours upon hours of time that the sales team would have spent manually entering orders.
